Pegol shortened Bulten's lead times

Bulten Hallstahammar is a leading manufacturer of bolts for the truck and automotive industries, among others. The material is produced by Böhler in Austria, one of several world-leading suppliers that Pegol represents.

As lead times are relatively long when ordering, Pegol’s product manager proposed building a customer-specific range of dimensions for Bulten at its warehouse in Nässjö. This significantly shortened Bulten’s delivery time, and the stock is continuously replenished in the desired dimensions.

The solution secured both price and delivery at every order, and also minimized the climate impact of transport.
